Pour in 2 cupfuls of epsom salt under warm, running water to transform an ordinary bath into a gentle, moisturizing spa. Soak for 20 minutes.

This is one of my favorites. Energizing sweet sent helps me get moving. Probably not best for nighttime soaks, but perfect for weekend or morning, or if you need to revive before going out. It softens skin and has the other benefited of epson salts. Love it!

I originally got these for sitz baths after my son was born but now I use them all the time to relax and enjoy a bath. Super moisturizing and relaxing. My husband uses it too whenever he takes a bath for just a little something extra. This scent now reminds me of the sweet newborn days so that's also a huge bonus.
