PUR's Glossy Lip Tint does a wonderful job of protecting lips while adding shine and beautiful color. I'm always on the lookout for a great hydrating lip product, as my lips tend to be dry and require frequent care and reapplication throughout the day. I had the chance to try the Sparkling Plum Glossy Lip Tint Oil from PUR, and I couldn't be happier. This product is a fantastic multitasker—it hydrates without feeling sticky or heavy. As a bonus, it offers subtle plumping effects without any tingling or discomfort. The applicator wand dispenses just the right amount of product evenly across the lips and leaves them looking amazing. However, I did find it a bit tricky to remove the wand from the container without some wiggling. This is a small area where the packaging could be improved. My lips feel moisturized for a long time and look great throughout the day. For a lip oil, the color payoff is impressive. It leaves lips super shiny and it is buildable, so I can easily add more for a richer effect. Let me start off by saying this is not what it claims to be. It is not a tint and I wouldn't really call it an oil either. I put one swipe on my hand and left it on for a few minutes. I wiped it off and there was no tint. I also noticed when wearing it, it is pretty sticky for an oil. It feels more like a lip gloss. I also noticed the lip oil was pretty streaky on my lips. Maybe it's just the darker shades. But it was. I think if this was marketed as a lip gloss, I would've rated it higher than a 2. I think there are better products on the market that are similar to this. If you want a lip oil and/or lip tint, this would not be my first choice. I gave it a two because it's not the most horrible. I love this lip tint. Super comfortable on the lips and lightweight. However it did not plump my lips at all. I really like the size and shape of the applicator brush. Moisturized lips and makes them look soft and shiny. It's like a lipgloss more than a lip tint. Nothing to remove after like some lip tints but also doesn't stay on without transfer and is slightly sticky like a gloss unlike a lip tint. Usually lip tints stay on better. The finish is glossy. No weird smell or discomforts. Nice size product. The color is beautiful. Lasts all day. However if you eat or drink or lick your lips a lot you may need to reapply. I highly recommend for people who have frequent dry lips that love a good comfortable colored lip gloss but not tint . Perfect for any occasion or event. The lipgloss does feel hydrating on my lips to me, I felt There was no whip, plump effect. It did not do anything to my lips. It did not plump, but it does make my lips glossy, but I have to keep reapplying because it does not stay on my lips long. It's a pretty color. I would recommend this product if you just want a lipgloss, a glossy lipgloss I wouldn't mind buying this in another color and it looks great with sitting on top of lip liner and on top of a lipstick it has a light scent. It doesn't stink. It has a very tiny bit of a pleasant smell to it, but if I do a lipgloss when I'm going out and just want a a make up no make up look I would wear this. This lip oil is a great option for no-makeup makeup days. It delivers just a hint of pigment and shine, which I really appreciate when I want something quick and easy without the fuss of mirror. The shine is minimal, giving a very natural, healthy look to the lips. I do find myself needing to dip back in three or four times to get enough product for my lips to feel sufficiently slick and hydrated. It has a pleasant cooling sensation with a slight minty feel, which adds a refreshing touch which I like. While it is hydrating, I've noticed that after a while, it starts to feel a bit sticky, more so than your typical lip oil but that's likely due to the amount I tend to apply. The applicator is quite unique. It's stiff and doesn't soak up much product, which means the oil just sits on top rather than being absorbed by the applicator. This might be a pro or con depending on your preference, but it's definitely not the plush or spongey type I'm used to. However, despite its nice qualities, this isn't a lip product I find myself reaching for very often.
