Out of an abundance of caution you can wear this 2-4 hours before bed and then remove it before you use your CPAP. The mask should go clear within 3 hours and is then OK to remove. It acts like a seal, locking in all the benefits of your treatments while delivering its own nourishing ingredients overnight. Oddly Satisfying
This took two tries for me to appreciate the effects of this overnight mask. I'm enjoying these, although my partner complains that it's awkward to keep it in place all night long. My face purely glows the following day.
Soft, glowing skin
