I always go back
I have been using this cleanser on and off for years now. I always go back to it. It is so gentle, doesn't irritate my sensitive/acne prone skin, and removes makeup effectively. I have tried other cleansers but nothing has ever beat this. It is the perfect cleanser to create a fresh slate for skincare. I'll never stop using it.
Gentle
I love how gentle this face wash is. I have very sensitive skin and this works great. I do have to follow up with a toner as it does not fully remove my makeup.
Takes a few wash to remove Supergoop
I don't wear much makeup, and my dermatologist recently recommend Protec(tint) Daily SPF Tint SPF 50 Sunscreen Skin Tint with Ectoin and this cleanser along with another facial cream for redness on my cheeks. Supergoop feels like a very light foundation, and this cleanser does not remove that with 1 wash. I washed my face a few times before my face feels clean. Otherwise, I like that it is very gentle on my face, and the redness on my face has been reduced, while I stopped all facial products except for at night. I will continue to use this facial cleanser. If you were a lot of makeup, or foundation, I recommend removing the make up before using this cleanser.

Great cleanser- my face is dry and oily and this works great! Tried on vacation and love it!
Not like their other products.
There is fragrance in this product, smells like a cleaning product (LYSOL) I love their products but this one doesn't fall into that category. Please pass.
