Would not buy again.
I tried the plumping topcoat and was very disappointed. It chipped the morning after I applied, and continued to chip daily. I didn't find that the topcoat was volumizing at all. I'm only rating it 2 stars because of the shine. Will not buy this again and I will stick to the OPI Infinite Shine P...

Won't buy again
This had so many good ratings but it was disappointing for me. It didn't plump my nails at all. It did make them shiny and made my polish last longer than usual. But when using it, it dried out quickly - I had to wait a while to do my other hand so the polish would go on smoothly. After my third manicure, I threw it out because it was just so dry and gloppy. Maybe the bottle was old when I bought it?? It was more than a month since I purchased it, so I don't think Ulta would've given me a refund.
Best plumping top coat
I use this on top of my Color Street nail strips. Instead of 7 to 10 days of where, I can get up to three weeks of wear when I apply the OPI plumping topcoat.
NEVER AGAIN
A waste of money! I only got a few uses before the gel became slow moving and extra sticky. I keep all of my bottles in the Makartt 48 Nail Polish Organizer case out of sunlight or heat.
