Iris Blooms- great color, bad execution
I really wanted to love this as the colour is gorgeous but the formula is so dry. It's so hard to use on my eyelids or even testing it on the back of my hand. I haven't tried the other colours, but I have liked other Ulta liners I've tried so I can't recommend the color of Iris Blooms

I'm going to bring it back. Color black looks gray.

Do you turn it up from the bottom OR gel comes thru the fine point until empty? It sounds like a dumb question but I just received my order & there's no tip???

Simply insert the liner into the appropiate sized sharpener hole and twist until the desired amount of product appears.
