1. Apply ORLY® Bonder® basecoat on clean, bare nails.

2. Apply 2 coats of Glow-In-The Dark Nail Polish.

3. Finish with your favorite ORLY topcoat.

4. Expose nails to a light source, then watch them glow!

*Can be worn on top of ORLY Lacquer colors.
