This honestly feels like a shiny lip balm, its SUPER hydrating and keeps my lips feel hydrated all day! Even after the glossy effect wears off throughout the day, the pigment from the pH still lasts for a while! I only have to reapply once during the school day, and my lips have never felt or looked healthier!
