This product should be used on clean, damp, towel-dried hair after washing, but prior to styling or air-drying hair. You should only use this product as frequently as you wash your hair, so if you wash your hair everyday, then yes use daily. I used the product after towel drying. It smells really good which is a plus, and a little bit goes a long way! Amazing frizz fighter

Living in a beach town I am always fighting frizzy hair. After washing and conditioning, I comb thru a generous amount of the Redken Anti snap leave in conditioner. Then I rub hands with this heat protectant cream and apply starting at the end to the root. I let it set for 5 minutes then blow dry. I also mist Redken 21 thermal heat protectant before the flat iron. Going over the ends with a treatment oil. Viola frizz free salon hair!
