Spend and take a chance it works
Utterly disappointed it won't even turn on so that's the only review I can give. Just as another reviewer stated the blue light shows charged and absolutely nothing happens.

There was an excessive amount of vibration on the cylindrical handle part. I thought maybe I should put that to use but it was way too powerful. I felt like I was trying to control a jackhammer! I really want to like this, but I can't. And since several other SmileMaker products are similarly designed, I doubt I'll be buying any others!

Smile makers brand for these tools, I'm teething for the first time. The head of the tool is ok, it is not that sensitive, but the orifice is of high quality. If One has to know what are the sensitive points to work around with the tool. The charging port is hidden but can find out. It does its job, but completely it is intended.
