There's nothing better than slipping into a nice relaxing bath after a hard day or even on a cold snowy or rainy day. I love taking baths to unwind and help ease the pain im in. Dr. Teals foaming bath with Pure Epsom Salt is something I add to every bath. The bubbles last forever, the Epsom salt is great for soothing aches and pain, the essential oils help relax your mind and body, pomegranate and black currant are great antioxidants that promote healthy aging and it adds an amazing scent. They have so many other scents and oils to choose from, some make you sleepy and calm, some wake you up and get you going. It's paraben and phthalate free and not tested on animals. We all need self-care and time to ourselves and I think after you try this you'll make it a ritual. Wether you can get time everyday or once a week to pamper yourself you need to take it. It will do so much to improve how you feel and everyone needs some time to themselves even if it's 10mins. Take it and don't feel guilty.

My skin felt amazing when I got out of my bath. It definitely made for a relaxing bath!

I'm typically really sensitive to anything with a scent but I really love the smell of this soak! It also leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh so I'm a huge fan. I only wish the bottle was bigger because I could go through gallons of this stuff! I really like it!

I'm a big fan of Dr. Teals and use the Epson salt every night in my bath. Was super excited to try it. The scent was a bit too over powerful for me and it dried my skin too much to use again. My bf started using it to soak his plantar fasciitis and really likes it and find it very soothing. So it was a win for him.
