Right out of the package upon first use, it seemed a little dry at first but after screwing cap back on, shaking, tapping, and unscrewing, more product seemed to appear, but not a lot. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The best brow product I've ever tried. The applicator feels like a liquid eyeliner but with a slightly thicker, softer tip which makes it look so natural, not drawn on at all. It's super quick and easy to use. I got Espresso and it's a perfect match for my dark brown hair, not too dark, not too light. The formula, texture, everything is just spot on. Definitely repurchasing!

i ended up returning it, the way the product applied was not the greatest as the pigment mixture applied weird and didn't dry down like at all. hours later i was still smudging the pigment along my forehead if i touched it
