Works if used 2x a day
I bought this product in June, and have been using it 2x a day since on a regular basis. I can say it does work, and is working for me. My upper lashes are much fuller, and my waterline lashes are much longer which new growth. I didn't have burning when the product got in my eye (my own fault) and have not had lash fall out like other users. I would definitely recommend.

Three weeks in, I use it once a day instead of twice. I am seeing absolute growth in my eyes and brows. Pleased with this product.
Working great!
I've been using REM for about 3 weeks straight now and am seeing a marked difference. I've used BabeLash (after 5 years of lash extensions for repair & regrowing) & GrandeLash & while both worked well, REM is really giving me that ooomph that I have missed not having lash extensions. The length & fullness that I've gotten just these past couple weeks is awesome! I've started using it on my brows as well to see if it works there as well. I usually only apply at night but on my weekends I'll do in the morning too before makeup. Definitely will be repurchasing. Winner!
Avoid at all costs.
I've been using this for about a week in preparation for getting lash extensions next week. Today, I noticed I was loosing eyelashes consistently throughout the day - way more than more normal amount and this product was the only thing I've changed in my routine. I'd be cautious trying this product.
Best lash serum and better price
I have been using lash serums for awhile now, as I have sparse Asian eyelashes that point downward. This is one of the best serums to use, in my opinion. One thing people need to know: serums don't increase the number of lashes you have. That's not how it works. However, ones like REM, Grande Lash and Revitalash extend your lash growth cycle, meaning your lashes grow faster and for a longer period of time before falling out. Because they physically stay on your eyelid longer, it looks like you have more but doesn't magically give you more hair follicles. I did not start from scratch when I bought this. I had already been using GL. I would recommend applying every day for about one month. Then, you should go to 2-3 times a week, otherwise it can speed up your lash growth process too much and then you lose them all at once. REM is great at extending my lash growth cycle and making them very long. I have been getting lash lifts to get a curl. I have eyelid eczema and dry eyes and haven't experienced irritation. It works just as well as Grande Lash and Revitalash, but it's 1/3 to half the price and has more product. From what I can tell, it is also safe to use with eyelash extensions to ensure your natural lashes stay strong and healthy.
