Formula changed?
I have been using this mascara since its launch, and it had become my current drugstore holy grail mascara. It gives me volume, length, and doesn't weigh my lashes down so the curl from my eyelash curler holds all day. Beautiful results. However, with my most recent purchase, not only will it NOT wash off with my double makeup removing cleanse, but also, when I finally do get it off of my lashes (with a triple cleanse, which is insane), it causes my eyelashes to FALL OUT! I've lost so many lashes that my mascara no longer applies the same. The result, and I, look completely different. I don't know what happened! I'm so upset.
I bought this after loving sky high and was disappointed
Have been using sky high mascara for years and expected this to be sky high on steroids… it was not. It was clumpy and didn't do anything for my length. also got shade brown black and was the darkest mascara i've ever put on. do not get!!!
Gives your lashes that extra oomph!!
I recently tried the Falsies Surreal Waterproof Mascara from Maybelline, and I'm seriously impressed! First of all, the brush is amazing it separates and lifts my lashes beautifully without clumping. It gives a nice, defined look that's still bold and a little dramatic. The packaging is also super user-friendly. It's easy to open, close, and apply without making a mess love that when I'm in a rush! But the real standout? The staying power. I wore it all day, even took a shower, and the mascara stayed put! No smudging, no flaking — just perfectly intact lashes. Definitely lives up to the "waterproof" claim. If you're looking for a reliable waterproof mascara that's easy to use and gives your lashes that extra oomph, this one is definitely worth trying.

I was using Stiletto from maybeline and switched to this one, i love both but this one has to be my favorite!
META BLACK HAS GLITTER IN IT
The shade Meta black has glitter in it. I verified with the Maybelline website (says it's "pearl infused"...it's glitter) bc I thought i was going crazy after i kept seeing specs of glitter all over my face after washing my makeup off knowing i didnt wear eyeshadow. The mascara itself is average. Gives pretty good length and volume but the formula is DRY. Also, its trying to be a tubing mascara but its not quite there. Flakes when it gets wet, but doesnt come off in full tubes. Idk, just average for me and the glitter is interesting.
