Prior to extraction, use Depuffi™ Instaheat™ to prime skin for extraction by softening the surface. Apply Derm Detox AHA + BHA Exfoliating Gel - leave on for 3 minutes. Fill clean water tank of FacialPro™ Glow device with cool water to the fill line. Attach the Wide Tip and turn device on. Adjust intensity to desired suction level and glide across the wide sections of your skin as directed (cheek, forehead). Swap to the T-Zone tip for targeted extraction (nose, chin, brows). Once complete, empty the dirty water tank. Refill the clean water tank with Hydro Infuse BHA Hydrator. Attach the Wide Tip and repeat the same process over your skin to boost hydration. Swap to the T-Zone tip for targeted hydration. Once extraction and hydration are complete, swap the attachment head for Depuffi™ - use Instachill™ to soothe skin and lock in hydration. If using during the day, finish with your preferred SPF.

I didn't get it for free like every other blasted review. It's not my cup of tea and honestly if you don't have acne or severe skin issues then this is a waste of a purchase. It's cool and fun, but honestly put your money into a savings account.

I have a few of the cheap liquid face vacuums and they always suck too hard. The gental tip on this is perfect, doesn't pull thr skin and cleans the pores. I just use water and love it.

This is a completely unbiased review from a regular 30 year old blue collard working mom, not an esthetician or a professional and shark does not know me at all lol Also I'd like to add that I have big pores, and oily skin. I live in Houston so in my region it's very humid and disgusting here. My skin is not sensitive and I do have slight hormonal acne due to PMOS. First thing that immediately came to mind, was that the product genuinely does what it says it will do. It extracted dead skin cells (based on manual) and left my skin looking exactly how my esthetician would had she extracted. My skin honestly looked pretty busted immediately after I was finished extracting but it should be expected. After the Hydration infusion my skin was genuinely dewing looking and I hadn't added anything else to my skin, it felt VERY soft and smooth. I went and grabbed my ice to close my pores (still waiting for my depuffi to be delivered) and I had another look at my skin, it was radiant. Truly it was. It felt fresh and clean and brighter. Topped it off with moisturizer and it was the icing on the cake. I'm very impressed with this device, honestly Dyson could never compete with what Shark has just done. I bought the entire collection for skin care in less than 1 week. I don't think this is a 10 minute facial, unless you're truly experienced. I have chronic adhd and it took me 10 minutes to extract, I emptied and refilled about 3 times during extraction and then 1.5 times for hydration. Not a problem for me I genuinely enjoy caring for my skin. Just an observation. Absolutely to me worth the investment, it's a good extraction device and if you're anything like me it's a sensory nightmare to get extraction from and esthetician, but this device makes it fun and it doesn't hurt at all. Nearly tickles tbh. Don't sleep on this!

Suction was good but I feel like you can't glide it across your face and grab hold of all the pores. Also, I did notice some acne days after my first use. I am not very acne prone either.
