Great product, terrible pump
Bought this a few weeks ago. Amazing product, especially in combination with the Night Serum. Feels amazing. However, the pump is sooo tiny. It is still so full but I cannot reach the product anymore. The product is very expensive and totally worth it, but not for the little amount I can get to.

product is ok, experience is not. the pump never worked. When I contacted DE about it, I was told that they have no extra pumps, & that all I have to do is shake it vigorously for an unknown amount of time & then Press the dispenser vigorously for an unknown amount of times… no, doesn't work. I can barely get it out, it's drying up. not really worth $, & no help from support.

The product is great - but only if you're able to get it out of the pump!!! I suspect the small "beads" are what cause it not to work so well/get stuck in a pump? It ends up being a waste of money
Terrible package
More than half of the product is trapped in the bottle. You have to taje the cap off and dig it out. So wasteful! Also, i find it to have a strange chemical scent. Not pleasant
GREAT FOR ECZEMA!!!
I have never bought high end skincare, i have severe eczema on my face and my body causing itchy, red, extremely dry peeling skin it is very painful to the point where i cant get out of bed some days. I cannot use things with fragrance. The eczema on my face does make me insecure as i am only 19 and i wanted to try out some higher end products to see if they would help. (I have literally tried everything else) I love makeup and i have not been able to where any because of how my skin is. sense drunk elephant is so popular right now and reading the ingredients i decided to give it a try. I bought the water facial, the whipped cream and the hydrating serum. I tried the waterfacial first at night, it felt hydrating and like i didnt need to put more on which is unusual for my skin because i am normally reapplying lotion or vaseline ALL THE TIME. When i woke up the skin on my face that was dry and had tightend up and was peeling i did not freak out and i got in the shower and rubbed it out off with my hands, the skin underneath was very soft and hydrated. I put on the serum and the whipped cream and again didnt feel like i need to reapply, i did use some vaseline throughout the day at work because this was just my first day using it. It is now day five of me using these products daily and the difference is insane. My skin is smooth, extremly soft, there are no dry patches or peeling a little redness only in my problem areas and my skin is hydrated. I also use another lotion throughout the day for my face (vanicream)and facial oil at night (jojoba oil) I recomend using the waterfacial at night and the serum and cream during the day. my skin has CLEARED after 5 days and i am so happy. As someone with very dry skin these products will tingle a little when u put them on do not freak out my face tingled for about 2 minutes and that was it but i have the same experience using other products from my dermatologist its just because the skin is so dry and your putting products on. However, if your face is tingling for more than 5 minutes i woukd recommend washing it off because u may be having a reaction just keep an eye on it. Anyway these products saved my face. The only downside is the waterfacial pump sucks its so hard to get product out of it. Also these are very expensive which sucks because i am 19 and dont make alot of money and these cleared my skin which means i will be repurchasing when i run out.
