Love the eye shadow - hate the applicator
For at least the past 20 years I've bought my favorite eye shadow from CoverGirl. I love everything about it except the eye shadow applicator falls apart within a month. It's hard to find replacement tips that will fit into the compact. Time to up the glue game!

As a working woman over age 50, it's inappropriate for me to be wearing shimmery or glittery shades to work. CG, have you forgotten about us older ladies and our need for a matte finish that will not only fill in our wrinkles but make us look good?

I have used Tapestry Taupe and Champagne for a very long time. Since it was discontinued, I couldn't purchase more Champagne, so I bought five of the new Eye Enhancer Tapestry Taupe. I wish that I read the reviews before I wasted my money. There should have been a warning label, so all the faithful customers would know that they are about to get the old bait and switch. I am no longer going to use Covergirl products because the trust is gone.

I have had the new formula eye enhancer in the shade rose beam single eyeshadow for a while. When I went to purchase it, all of the eyeshadows were busted and crumbly. I got the very best one out of the bunch. I'm very careful with my make up and I buy a lot of it and I have tried so many eyeshadows, high-end and drugstore and this is probably the worst formula I have owned. Cover girl you need to go back to the drawing board and reformulate this eyeshadow to be sturdier. If you can't then you need to have it sold as a loose eyeshadow.. I would also bring back the other classiv eyeshadows that you discontinued. I can't appreciate that you want to bring healthier better ingredients to the consumer, but this should've never launched in stores this crumbly. Rose beam is the prettiest shade out of the new formula. That alone gives it a starz

I having been using Covergirl French Vanilla 700 for many years. My recent perchance, now in pink plastic, is NOT the same product. This formula is like glitter and irritating! Giving 1 star is gracious. I am very disappointed. I use this every single day + now have to find something else. If a customer wanted glitter,that could dust over makeup themselves.
