I alternate these shadows for my work makeup look and I receive so many compliments. If you love the single HM eyeshadows, and love variety in your routine you'll love this pallete. I'm purchasing another one today since it's on sale. I'll be sad when it's no longer available. Idk what's up with the poor-ish reviews on this… I dont use a primer, as I find my eye cream to be enough, but I do notice it lasts longer through my 12hr shifts when I remember to spray with a setting spray. You definitely need some sort of moisture to hold in place, as with any eye shadow. Sometimes i wish I could reply to reviews to give tips…. Don't miss out on this!
It's okay
I bought this pallette when it first released, I was very excited about the colors. But when I tried it, it wasn't all I thought. I have different pallettes that have 10 times the shimmer. It's okay though but I wouldn't buy it again.
When the light hits these... chef's kiss
I'm a very colorful and creative person when it comes to adding glimmer to my eye looks. So when I tell you the glimmer was glimmering!! Amazing! They look gorgeous in either low or in direct light. And the texture is very buttery! I will say the price did hold me back from buying these on day one, but if you can get these on a sale I would definitely recommend!
Dull, boring
This looks amazing online. On the eye, not so much. It lacks pigment, the promised duochrome does not exist. It looks like cheap eye glitter. At this price point this palette feels like a joke. First, and last, half magic purchase.
Use a primer!
This is super cute and worth the price considering the hype and cost of the individual eyeshadows. YOU HAVE TO USE AN EYESHADOW PRIMER, and the payoff will be worth it and there will be no falloff. Only took one star off bc the packaging is weird.
