Gently shake before use. Apply eyeliner at the base of lashes in a fine or bold line. Never apply eyeliner inside the lash line. Keep cap tightly closed to avoid formula from drying out. Wipe brush on tissue if product does not dispense.

Really wish I discovered this years ago
The longevity and crispness of this eyeliner without primed eyelids beat that of Urban Decay's 24/7 UltraGlide Eye Pencil WITH primed eyelids—all at a fraction of the price and w/o hassle. Highly recommend for those looking for dark, dramatic wings.
I have gone through at least 10 of these in my life!
I used to be a die-hard fan of NYC eyeliner back in the day. When they discontinued, I was heartbroken!! It was really the best and it's what I used when I taught myself how to do my eyeliner. I tried many to find a replacement and this one comes the closest. My requirements are waterproof and stays on, no flaking, true deep black, not shiny or not too matte, good consistency, fine tip that doesn't separate, and doesn't cost beyond 20 dollars. This one hits the marks. They only downside is the tip could be finer or sturdier to get a real sharp cat eye. I get compliments on my eyeliner all the time and it really is practice but also a good eyeliner.
Never going back
This is the best liquid eyeliner I've ever tried. I have monolids and everything else rubs off by the end of the day. This one stays on very well and doesn't transfer! I'll use this eyeliner forever, nothing else measures up!
Drys out after one or two uses
This was hard to apply after only using it once or twice. Wouls not buy again.
Keeps arriving dried out
I love this eyeliner...but the past few times I've ordered it, it has arrived completely dried out and unusable. It's an amazing product when that doesn't happen, but it's too much of a gamble because it happens so often.
