Very surprised at how effective the formula is with very little needing to be used - less is more with this and a small line on the finger and applied under the eye is plenty - the product is rich and creamy and gives a slightly noticeable cooling effect when applied, not sure if it is the caffeine or some kind of camphorous ingredient but it feels nice! I had dark circles under my eyes from years of horrible sleep and this noticeably helped reduce the eye bags and darkness below my eyes. Definitely recommended!
