I have very oily hair. I have to wash my hair once every 24hrs otherwise it looks like an oil slick. I'm trying the Shampoo #2 and hoping that it clarifies and helps with the oil, however, I'm looking for a slight rinse out conditioner to use with it. Will this make my hair oily or will I be able to go 30-36hrs between washes?

I use this conditioner and every so often my hair needs a little more conditioning and could you leave it on your hair for like a minute then rinse it out? If I rinse it out too soon my hair doesn't get the advantage of it.

Just wanted to remind Faith from Georgia that this product is a conditioning rinse, NOT shampoo. Therefore, it isn't supposed to lather. Paul Mitchell makes great products and the best part is that they aren't tested on animals.

Left hair and scalp dry, did not add volume

I've used Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Shampoo and The Conditioner for years. However, PM's Volume Shampoo and Conditioner left my hair and scalp dry and did not noticeably add volume. Very disappointing.
Leaves behind so much residue
I have low porosity natural / undyed wavy hair. This conditioner leaves behind a waxy residue in my hair. I have tried using it 3 times now. Cold water, warm water abd hot water cannot remove this waxy residue. I even tried the jet setting on the shower nozzle. I wouldn't recommend this product.
Sticky and Dry Hair
This conditioner made my hair look and feel terrible. Even after thoroughly rinsing it, it feels very sticky and coarse when my hair dries up. Note I have fine hair strands, not coarse at all, but I can't even brush my fingers through without sticking and eventually getting tangled up. Wouldn't recommend for fine hair with damage.
BEWARE!! They've changed the formula completely.
Have used this conditioner for close to 20 years, and they've changed the formula to the worst conditioner I've ever used!! So disappointed. Seems they've changed ingredients so a lot of their products no longer contain the natural ingredients. So sad, Paul Mitchell DO BETTER.
Love the way my hair shines!
I have a lot of fine straight hair. I have used many other high end conditioners and they left my hair dry and frizzy after I blow dried my hair using a round brush. I use this with the Paul Mitchell Volume Shampoo and my hair has never looked healthier! I am beyond happy with this product!!!!
