Starting at the base of your lashes, wiggle curling mascara wand back and forth while gently twirling the brush up from the root to the tip of your lashes.
For best results, apply two coats.

Well People Expressionist Curling Mascara in Black has given my lashes new life! This formula holds my lashes in place all day. There have been no issues with clumping.
