I had high hopes for this product as the claims made about it are very bold. I added it to my routine twice a day on bare, just-washed-and-dried skin, excepting a glow, smoothing, increased tone, firmness and hydration... Id love to review the product but pumping thr slightest bit out took every effort! or the pump would fail altogether, cant open the bottle/pump to even access the product - This alone will keep me from ever purchasing again. Even if I had loved the product. 54 woman light to medium complexion
Awful
I wanted to try this product and was excited to recieve my order. The product arrived and i had to return it immediately because the pump didnt even work. I got a new one in store from an exchange and once again was excited to try it. I applied the product after getting out of the shower and within 20 minutes my face had some sort of reaction and red bumps immediately showed up and my face felt warm! I washed it off immediately and now 3 days later my skin is very itchy, visible bumps all over my chin, nose and forehead and it feels like i have lizard skin! Returning immediately again
Disappointing
Unfortunately, I'm not able to use this in my routine due to the fact that it pills and crumbles. I tried applying it multiple different ways and no matter what it peels off. Waste of money
Difficult to dispense
Product itself was fine, no visible results, but was fine for the price point. The product container though is difficult to use. It becomes challenging to pump product out the longer you use this.
Wanted it to work
Been using for over a month twice a day, bought directly from the manufacturer, and havent see any improvement. I have combo (oily t-zone), middle-age skin that isn't overly sensitive to products yet this product leaves my skin with a slight stinging feeling until I put cream on. I've been pairing it at night with their Bio-Active Ceramide Repairing and Plumping Moisturizer and different beand of tinted moisturizer in the morning. I've also used it on my neck, not as regular, and no improvement there either.
