I literally cannot believe all the negative reviews on here all bc people dont know how to sharpen a darn eyeliner pencil?!! Are they serious?? Invest in a GOOD sharpener (made frm german steel frm amazon, cheap) I bought the rich brown color bc black would prob be too harsh. It's the best eyeliner...

The product package did not indicate it was an eye pencil that had to have a sharpener- I never buy those kind, so I think your packaging is not clearly enough described. I liked the liner product itself- so intense! But you can't use it long bc it does not keep a point- and apparently you cannot sh...

I loved this eyeliner. It went on smooth and then you had to go and change the pencil. I have tried multiple sharpeners and the pencil is now worthless. If you changed the pencil you could have created a sharpener just for your pencils. I would be more than happy to pay for one.

I have bought this product before, thought it was defective because I could NOT get it to bring up more product with the twist piece on the bottom..... just purchased it again and the same thing has happened - I've learned my lesson, the twist base doesn't do anything....... no stars at all

If I could give this product less than one star, I would. I can't say one positive thing about it. The 24 Hour claim is bogus. My experience is that its staying power is way less than 8 hours. The charcoal color that I purchased is black, not charcoal. And if you think that because the back end of the pencil swivels it is a mechanical style, you would be so wrong. And don't get me started on how difficult it is to sharpen once you figure out how to do it. I will stick with the Revlon color stay eyeliner pencil

I don't understand how to sharpen this. After the first couple uses there is little left to use. I can't figure out how to get more I realize it's not mechanical but there is nothing left to sharpen. I liked the first couple uses I got but now it seems like a waste of money.

It never fails when i'm sharpening the pencil, the whole lid, we'll fall out. And it does not sharpen.Well, why is it so hard to sharpen this eyeliner?
