I literally cannot believe all the negative reviews on here all bc people dont know how to sharpen a darn eyeliner pencil?!! Are they serious?? Invest in a GOOD sharpener (made frm german steel frm amazon, cheap) I bought the rich brown color bc black would prob be too harsh. It's the best eyeliner...

The product package did not indicate it was an eye pencil that had to have a sharpener- I never buy those kind, so I think your packaging is not clearly enough described. I liked the liner product itself- so intense! But you can't use it long bc it does not keep a point- and apparently you cannot sh...

I went online to see what I was doing wrong that the eyeliner wouldn't work. Then I found lots of other people with the same problem. Covergirl, I am very disappointed in you. What happened to your quality, this was a rip off of my money. I'm now concerned about ever buying a Covergirl product again.

I love how it glides on easily and stays in place for 12+ hours without any smudging below my eyes. It aint going anywhere and even my high quality eye make up remover works hard to remove it. The only annoyance is trying to sharpen the pencil without the eyeliner breaking off. I used 2 different sharpeners and can barely get a small point. The pencil's material is a indestructible plastic instead of wood :(

Opened package three days ago. Used for those days but cant get anymore product. Like I turn and turn and turn the bottom and nothing. Tried both directions. What a waste of money

Impossible to sharpen! I don't know if this is a defect or just poorly designed, but I want my money back. I used it for 1 week before the point was too flat to use, and no matter what sharpener I tried, the tip just crumbled. Really disappointed.
