Bad batch..?
This is one of the least moisturizing shampoos I've ever personally used, I would put it on par (actually slightly worse) than the Garnier Pure Clean that is supposed to be a clarifying shampoo, and is definitely on the harsher side of shampoos. I don't know if there was something wrong with the one...

Caused hair loss
I have thick curly hair. I began to use the shampoo and conditioner and within 3 days noticed larger amounts of hair being pulled out after shampooing/conditioning. When I brush my hair there is so much hair being left on the brush . This was the only change to my hair routine recently. Will go back to redken

I like this cleanser, and I do feel that the moisture recipes hydrate my hair since I live in dry Arizona. Usually have to do 2 washes since my scalp is oily but I do that for all shampoos. With this one it doesn't really suds up the first time but does the second time. I like the smell OK, but some of the other lines have fragrances I prefer. So I use those at home and this when I travel

I really do like this for a gentle cleanser, I've tried a couple and this one actually gives me a clean feeling. I sometimes pair it with the detox scalp scrub. I also feel like this shampoo is just as if not more moisturizing than the conditioner in this moisture line!
Left my hair weighed down and greasy

I was excited to try this, but it left my hair looking visibly greasy and weighed down right after washing. I would not recommend this to anyone with fine or medium hair.
