you get what you pay for
i have gone through at least 2-3 bottles of this face wash and can't see myself using another one ever. initially my main interest in this face wash was for anti-redness and anti-inflammation, which OVER TIME i saw improvement in. what i didnt expect was the decrease in acne and appearance of sebacious fillaments/pores. they used to be huge on my nose. now theyre very small and disappearing. i use this face wash once a day at night, allowing a layer of it to sit on my face while i wash my body. then i wash it off. my skin does not feel dry or tight afterwards. its pricey, almost to the point where i gave it 4 stars, but it is worth it to me + the smell is not that bad compared to other sulfur treatments.
So helpful for redness
I have struggled with perioral dermatitis for YEARS. I finally tried this product, and it's the first winter that I haven't left the house every day with a ring of redness around my mouth/chin. Can't recommend it enough.
Doesn't clean enough to prevent pimples
Doesn't work for me, more pimples than usual and I normally dont have them.
I tried to love it
I wanted to love this so much since everyone talked great things about it however on the morning after the first use, my acne was 10x more infamed, it was cystic, and painful. Gave it 4 uses total, 2 nights and 2 mornings and I could not continue. Wondering if my skin was possibly purging and I could have trusted the process a little more, but it was honestly painful, and I couldn't continue.
