Definitely waterproof
A long-lasting waterproof eyeliner that actually works. Wore this to an outdoor concert where it was raining and it did not go anywhere, not even a little bit.
High learning curve. Absolutely worth it.
If you want eyeliner that is indestructible, this is the way to go. It is thicker than most eyeliners and dries down to a film. It won't smudge and won't melt. If you're serious about eyeliner and want something that always lasts, this is the way to go.
Best eyeliner for oily lids
So far, this has been the best eyeliner for me. Easy application, stays on all day. I would apply in the morning, go to work, then to the gym. This eyeliner er is stays on through the sweat, steam room and face wash. The only con, you have to use a lot of eye make up remover to get it off. I love it because once it's on, it is on for the whole day!
