the formula is very liquid and leaver stains- black is just grey and no metallic efect to be seen
Wanted to like this
However, I had a really difficult time trying to use it. I dont know if it's the brush or the actual product, but it is hard to drag across the eye smoothly. The only good thing is tne color and it lasts long. But it is difficult to remove.

Doesn't budge great pigment!
I had to come leave a review for this liner. I couldn't get them this trip to Ulta but I swatched 3 colors from this Epic Wear set on my hand and 😱. I did do 2 coats on the pink but only because it was my hand and they are really dry and cracking right now. One swipe would have been fine on my eye or face. It wasn't until several hours later when I tried to rub the lines off I realized I did the swatches over a very oily lotion I had tried and this still didn't budge! I see a lot of folks that say they have oily eyelids and if that's you this should be on your list! I took my shower and tried to rub them off my hand with my aha/tea tree face cleaner and they are still there! Not as solid but it's been over 48 hours, can't count how many hand washes and a shower. Definitely need a make up remover or cleanser to remove it. The swatches dried really fast. I wear contacts and have to avoid anything glitter but I would feel safe wearing these glitter liners with this staying power.
