Can this be removed/cleaned up with your average micellar water?

How do you keep the applicator tip from fraying? The stray fragments are unavoidable and if I'm not careful the fragments poke me in the eye. What is the suggestion to keep the tip from doing this? Otherwise, I really like this liner but may have to look for another eyeliner due to this annoyance.

I normally use Kat Von D Ink Liner, but I was out and low on money, so I bought this. It's a good product and stays on a long time, and does create great, precise lines. Graham cracker is great for fake freckles. Did fail a smudge test, but thats not so bad if you want lighter "freckles".
