Elegant Royal Blue Headband
Absolutely gorgeous royal blue headband with the perfect combination of blue and gold rhinestones! I ordered my online and one stone was missing. It was bubble wrapped and no rhinestone was found I called customer service and I was immediately sent a new one.
Poorly Made
The stones had fallen out before it arrived. I was disappointed because it is beautiful. Also it was poorly placed in the box by Ulta. The shipping department did not wrap it and was loosely thrown into the box with the rest of the order. The handband itself is sturdy but the stones are held with brackets that are not tight that you could easily loosen yourself. I would not pay that much for a head piece that will be maybe worn once. I normally don't do bad reviews, but I didn't want someone else to spend their money on this.
