Ridiculously bad.
Congratulations to those who have gotten positive results from this product, I envy you. This eyeliner is ridiculous. The liquid end bleeds everywhere, it's impossible to get a clean line. Not worth price
I was very disappointed in this because I love Tarte. The gel smudges immediately and I hate how the liquid looks. Might as well use a permanent marker. If there were more clean eyeliners out there that dont irritate my eyes I would have returned but I cant find one anymore.
