Conair Double Ceramic 1.5" Curling Iron I received a Conair Double Ceramic 1.5" Curling Iron in exchange for an honest review. I like how quickly it heats up. The short barrel is somewhat a disadvantage, but having long hair I know I can't get a whole large section wound onto the barrel. The curl was achieved quickly on dry hair, but it did take a bit more effort in areas where my hair was still damp. I did not experience any burning of my hair, nor did I experience any unusual smell being left on my hair. I accidentally turned off the curling iron several times as I was styling my hair, but that seems to be typical for all curling irons I have tried. My other curling iron works well, but my hair does get caught in the clamp, however I did not experience tangling or pulling with this Conair Curling Iron. This Conair Curling iron is a bit cheaper to own than some others. If you want a straightforward reasonably priced curling iron this will do well.

I have shoulder length hair, and using this curling iron didn't do much for me. I had to hold it for about 20 seconds for any change, and at that point I'm worried about burning my hair - even with a heat protectant. I gave it stars for the control panel - it's been a while since I've ordered a new curling iron and I liked the different options. I think this might work better on someone with LONG hair where they can make waves.

I received this curling iron for free in exchange for my HONEST review.. That being said, I think this is a good product. I personally love the white and rose gold. It works well on my medium-length hair, just as well as any other curling iron I have used. It sits perfectly on the counter so you don't have to worry about it rolling around while hot. I like that it has a wide range of heat settings and the instructions do clearly explain what settings work best for different hair types. I've used it several times per week over the last few weeks and the only MINOR complaint I have is that it feels very plasticky/cheap/not very durable. It feels like a budget curling iron, which is not necessarily a bad thing depending on your personal preference.

I really liked this! It was lightweight and easy to use. My one issue is that my hair needs a lot of heat to maintain a curl, and i felt like this curling iron didn't get as hot as some other ones i've used.
