If you own only one brush this is the one. I have thick, dense wavy graying hair that is dry now that I'm older. Since forever, my hair has been prone to tangle. For years I have suffered patiently but painfully combing out the tangles. As a little girl I used to hide from my Sicilian grandmother wh...o would comb out my long hair every night. Many a battle was fought but I always surrendered to the inevitable because I knew my hair would become hopelessly tangled if not. Things only got worse until I discovered this wonderful, amazing brush. I took a chance and ordered two of them one in violet the other in blue but honestly, I had my doubts. My bathroom drawers are littered with brushes that promised detangling ease but never delivered. So I went into this experiment with a large dose of skepticism. I'm elated to say I was wrong. This brush is everything it promises to be. I tried it dry and wet and it effortlessly went through my hair. Less hair loss and less effort and so easybto clean. I like to wear my hair up even when sleeping so the back of my head gets horribly tangled. I braced myself for the pain that never came as my tangles almost magically untangled. To say I am thrilled is an understatement. I plan on keeping one brush in the shower and one in my purse and on my nightstand. When they go on sale I plan on purchasing more since I never want to be without it. I thank you Kitsch and my six year old spirit thanks you.
