First review on a product, I'm here to say this brush sucks. Instantly on first use the bristles sink in making the brush ineffective. Dissapointed purchase, go with a better brand! I'll try to attach a photo for reference

This has been a great brush! I have very fine, straight hair and I feel like it really gets through my hair nicely! Easy to clean hair out of and the little "balls" on the end of bristles are staying on nicely so far!

This is the brush that I have been using most often lately. It is great for gently detangling hair. It doesn't pull or tug hard and feels nice on the scalp. The handle is very comfortable to hold as well. I think this brush would work fine on straight and slightly curly hair.
