This eye pencil is nice quality and is dual ended. I love having the brush on one end to seamlessly blend out the strokes of the pencil. The shape of the tip took some getting used to, however, it worked well after a few attempts of doing my brows. - Official Answer By L.A. Girl - BEHi! The Brow Bestie Pencil has a wax-based formula made for soft, buildable color. If it feels dry, try warming the tip slightly on the back of your hand before use to help activate the pigment.
