Wet skin and the glove, then massage the body in gentle circular motions with light to medium pressure until dry skin lifts away. Rinse and pat skin dry, then apply moisturizer or sunless tanning product as desired. Use once every two weeks for deep exfoliation and avoid use on broken or irritated skin.
