I will not use another brand ever again. This black eyeliner doesn't move. Other brands are half way down my face before I get a chance to look in a mirror. I have been on a search for a liner that will stay in my waterline. I had high hopes for this one but sadly I was disappointed. It does not apply smoothly at all and does not stay put.
