I love the texture of this cream, and the dispenser appeals to my germaphobia, but my skin does not absorb the cream. It seems to sit on the surface of skin until I wash my face. I've never had this issue with creams or moisturizers, but wondering if the new Versed serum is preventing the absorption...

This is thick yet whipped. Moisturizing yet hydrating. I have mature very dry and sensitive skin (rosacea and eczema) So far this is one of a handful of creams I have found I can use on nights with my retinal without having to add a bunch of hydrators and barrier serums to help with irritation. It acts as a protective layer but doesn't just sit on top of my skin rather it seems to melt into my skin while still keeping a barley noticeable layer on top. I don't notice it in the morning until I go to wash my face then I can feel it emulsifying as the silky texture slides off my face. It leaves my skin soft and nourished for the morning. I LOVE it! I used it with my heavy duty acid routine last night it did wonderful as well. You might be able to where this during the day I am not sure I have not tried as I love it for my nights atm.

This lotion is fantastic for my thirsty winter skin, but I really dislike the awkward pump. Please just put it in a squeeze tube or jar. And I second the reviewer who asked for a bigger volume!

I love love this moisturizer. I've gone through two of them because my fiance also likes it, and now I'm feeling it's incredibly wasteful packaging. It would be 5 stars otherwise. I don't need the push pump top feature. A plain ol' tube would make this ~chef's kiss~ I have acne prone dry skin and my fiance has dry skin. It works great for both of us and doesn't break me out.

Love this for when my skin needs a hydration pick me up. For my skin and climate where I live its a tad too thick for use during the day. I found it to bs a great overnight cream but does need about 20 minutes to 45 minutes to since in if you wear a sleep mask to bed. This has also been perfect for me in dry air environments like planes!
