Shake well before use. Apply Cuticle Remover, rub in and wait at least 5 minutes. Use the round edge of the Cuticle Pusher to push cuticles back. Wipe away any residue before continuing with your mani or pedi. Tip: The longer you wait, the more work the product does for you.

kinda confused
I've tried this cuticle remover a few times now in a few different ways (leaving it on for 10-25 minutes each time) and it just does not remove cuticles. It softened them, but they still need to be trimmed so ultimately doesnt work any better than soaking in warm water. It's also not any easier to use than warm water because the product is so runny and takes just as long. I'm shaking the bottle plenty and it's impossible not to use a "generous" amount, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong compared to everyone else.
