Ivebeen taking these for almost a month now and I can really tell the difference. Due to my job I'm not able to exercise half of the month. I work 2 weeks straight 24 hours a day on a 911 truck so you can only imagine the food choices are slim to none. This has kept my cravings down and even right before my period I haven't had any crazy cravings. Not stopping these anything time soon. Down 10 lbs!!!

I take the Lemme Curb in conjunction with the GLP-1 so it is hard for me to identify which one is working of the 2. My hunger levels haven't changed much but I am feeling full faster. I am committed fo keep taking them so I am hopeful that I can identify the benefits from these soon.
