- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

I have used this mask 100+ times since purchase and I absolutely love it. It's super sturdy and seems to hold up well despite daily use. The set up was easy and the mask stays on no what what position I'm in whether lying down or standing/sitting. My skin texture and acne look better too.

I bought this for myself for my 50th birthday. I completed my 8-week Better Aging routine by habit-stacking, wearing it while I make my bed so that it doesn't feel like another chore. I was able to seamlessly work it into my daily routine, so it's easy to use and comfortable. I can honestly say that this works! My forehead creases and other lines are noticeably less prominent. My skin looks great! I've moved onto the maintenance routine and will continue to use it.

The Shark CryoGlow Red Light Face Mask has become my favorite skincare device, especially because of the soothing under-eye cooling pads. The combination of red light therapy and the cooling effect makes every session feel incredibly relaxing. Since adding it to my routine, my skin looks healthier, feels more plump and hydrated and I've noticed my fine lines appear less visible. I also haven't experienced any breakouts, and my complexion looks clearer. The cooling under eye pads help reduce puffiness, making my eyes look brighter and more awake. It's comfortable to wear, easy to use and has becomes a relaxing part of my self-care routine.

I received this as a gift for Mother's Day. I have used it every night as instructed. I have noticed zero difference. This mask has serious design flaws. The eye pads are so big you get little to no exposure between the eyes or above the eyebrows. The weight of the mask is a little bothersome but doable and the cooling things that go under the eyes are uncomfortable if you have a small face with high cheek bones. This is my first Shark product I regret.
