- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

The Shark CryoGlow under-eye cooling + LED face mask is a must have! I had had this face mask now for 7 months and I just love it! I have noticed visible results, my skin is brighter, clearer and dark spots reduced. The under eye cooling is lovely and feels so nice, helps with puffy under eyes. It's easy to charge and the charge holds well. It comes with a lovely dust bag, to store the mask in, when not in use, so protects it well. I am so pleased with this mask, it's a staple in my skin care routine!

This is a must buy beauty essential! So easy to use and only 6 minutes a day, used regularly leaves my skin glowy and clear. Love that it was ready to use out of the box. Undereye cooling pads are a unique feature that other masks done have. Also love the hard shell. One of the few new beauty items I use every day after buying it over a year ago.
Fast battery life
I had been wanting to purchase this item for a few years now. Sadly, i purchased and ended up returning shortly after. The battery for the mask dies SO quick. It needs a charge after about 6 sesions and takes 3 hours to fully charge. Also, mask was heavy. After a session, i had red marks from how heavy it is.
