 Correct & Conceal Under Eye Brightening Concealer

Its a really good concealer its just a little bit greasy, its really good if you want a glowy non drying look

This works so nicely, I often wonder whether I really need to take the extra step to apply my regular concealer on top. It doesn't look cakey or settle into fine lines. Compared to similar products from e.l.f., Ulta's house brand, and Becca, this is easily the most effective when it comes to brightening, and I like that it's a thin formula that dries down -- unlike the other three I mentioned.

A bulls eye for my under eyes. This color corrector eye brightener from Essence is a great product and perfect for no makeup-makeup or minimalist looks. It's creamy and hydrating and does a great job at diffusing dark circles and subtly illuminating and brightening the under eye area. Easily blends out with your finger tips for quick application and looks good alone or it layers well with your concealer over if you need higher coverage. Because it has illuminating pigments you can also use it to highlight areas on your face. A little goes a long way! For reference, I have medium to tan skin with neutral undertones. My Fenty shades are 280 in the foundation and 11 in the skin tint and I'm N6 in the L'Oréal True Match. The 02 Medium shade in this product is a good peach undertone for my skin and blends well enough that I can use it without concealer. In my attached photos, I'm using just the corrector without concealer on top. My only complaint is that it has a 6 month shelf life, but that's easily forgivable since I'm more likely to reach for this more than any other concealer or eye brightener in my collection. Also, you just can't beat the great price point.

I have so many brand name under eye brightening or color correcting concealers, but as a make up junkie, I really wanted to give this one a shot and oh boy what a good decision it was. It is really smooth and hydrating, not dry but not oily or shiny looking either. It has a nice skin like coverage that hides mild to moderate dark circles well enough, but its not full coverage if that's what you're looking for. I figured out that it's wonderful for a natural, skin like make up look by itself and for a more glam or full coverage, under your favorite concealer. It doesn't peel or crack or interfere in any unwanted way under your concealer. I'm super happy with my purchase and got one for my 15 year old daughter too. For your reference, my daughter has a very fair skin and I got her color N1, I have light skin and N1 works for me too, but I think in summer that my skin is closer to light/medium I would be better off with the color N2. All in all I love this product and will definitely repurchase.

I bought this after trying huda since i found that was too drying, oh my!!! I should have purchased sooner, completely takes out grey dark circles for medium tan skin, can even wear alone, so perfect and layers well with concealer haus labs and powder and setting spray
