Professional look, wish they lasted longer

Thank you KISS and Influenster for sending me the KISS Core Color Press On Nails to try. I received the medium coffin length nails in the pinkish nude shade called Jubilation. As someone who normally prefers longer coffin shaped nails, I was surprised by how much I liked the shorter length of these.... They were very flattering on my fingers and still felt practical for everyday wear. The color is a beautiful pinkish nude that is not too flesh toned or washed out, it's still very classy and chic. One thing I really appreciated is how natural these nails looked compared to most press ons. They were not overly thick, did not have that stiff plastic feeling, and did not look artificial. The shape, texture, and overall finish made them look much more realistic than other fake nails I have tried, and they blended nicely with my natural nails. The kit came with plenty of nails in a wide range of sizes, which made it easy to find the perfect fit. It also included glue, a small buffer and file, and a cuticle pusher. I followed the directions carefully by pushing back my cuticles, buffing my nail beds, and using an alcohol pad to remove any oils or residue before application. The glue worked well and the nails were fairly easy to apply, though I did need a little help when applying them on my dominant hand. After application, I lightly filed a few sharper edges to smooth everything out. Once applied, the nails looked gorgeous and truly resembled a professional manicure. The entire process from prep to completion took less than twenty minutes. They were very affordable and caused far fewer sensory issues than a typical acrylic manicure, which I really appreciated. I also loved that I could still comfortably do simple tasks that are often more difficult with very long or bulky false nails. My only downside was wear time. By day two, I lost my first nail. I was on vacation and not doing anything particularly hard on my hands. Thankfully it did not hurt and I had brought extra nails and glue with me. By day three I had lost two more nails, and by the flight home the next morning I was missing four nails total. I followed the prep instructions exactly, so I am not sure if this is typical for press on nails, related to the glue, or possibly my application technique. Overall I loved how these looked and felt. They were convenient, affordable, comfortable, and a great alternative to salon nails. If I can figure out how to make them last a bit longer, I would happily repurchase these and use them regularly.
