Start with clean, prepped nails. Apply a coat of ORLY Bonder Basecoat. Apply 2 coats of nail color, allowing polish to dry slightly between coats.

Great little kit- gorgeous colors
I'm obsessed with the colors- good quality polish- dries quickly. It's a bit thick, you need to make sure you coat the brush before applying.

Great Quick Polish
This polish is beautiful, with good coverage. However, it does chip rather quickly.

I'm a huge Orly fan, and was really happy to find this sparkly topper. I can't do any glitters, so this is perfect. I can top it with any color underneath. And its goes on consistently, never clumping like glitters do. This is amazing.

This is the perfect nail topper, so much glittery confetti type chunks. Different shapes, sizes, holographic pieces. It's a great greenish color which looks great double layered over my glow in the dark polish. Wonderful for spooky season.
