Step 1: Apply lipcolor evenly to clean, bare lips and wait until dry.
Step 2: Brush on moisturizing topcoat over color; reapply as desired.

After using color stay lipsticks for many years suddenly it os caking up on my lips and not NOT staying on for even one hour. I am sure all these reviews are old. Please answer truthfully. As I say I have used this lipstick for years and it has always stayed on until recently. I am looking for another brand that stays on.

Just bought this to try and at first loved it. I bought it in the evening and tried it out to see how it worked. The color was amazing and product felt creamy and didn't budge unless I ate or drank, then had to reapply. I even woke up with color still in place and nothing on my pillowcase. Fast forw...

This is a great product.
I took a chance on this product and the color and was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. The color stays on with no feathering. I shared this with my sister who liked it too. I promptly went back to unlit and bought two more, to share!
