I have been using this for years and it was the best touch-up spray. Purchased this month and the applicator and formula has changed. The new formula will not dry and has bled onto my face twice today. Very disappointed

I used to love this but they must have changed the formula. It smears easily, smells too strong, and changed the nozzle. Used to be the best — subtle and didn't show on your fingers. Too bad!
