Easiest liner to remove ever
I switched to this liner for the same reason that I switched to tubing mascara-- I hate taking my makeup off at the end of the day, and this comes off in the shower with no effort (it's water-activated, which also means water-soluble). That being said, skip this liner if it's going to rain! In terms of ease of application: I'm used to applying eyeshadow with a damp brush for my liner, so this was not a huge adjustment for me. The only thing to keep in mind is that you'll need to re-wet the brush (if you're using the included brush) frequently to get consistent color payoff as you're doing your makeup-- the brush is tiny and dries quickly. In terms of color payoff, the colors are pigmented and true to color in the dark palette (less pigmented in the brights palette). The price point is reflective of both the cheap packaging and the quality control on the brushes: One of my brushes is surprisingly good, while the other is too splayed. TLDR: If you're curious about water-activated liners, I'd recommend giving this a try. Good price point, good color range, easy to remove, gentle on my sensitive eyes.
Just what I needed
I like sharp crisp eyeliner that is NOT shiny. I tried pencils but they dried out and i couldnt get them as sharp as a liquid pen. The gel pots were good for precision but also dried out. So i resorted to eyeshadow and it didnt last all day, it gradually faded. I'm so glad i purchased this. It last all day! You have to use your own favorite liner brush tho.
It's Mediocre
I guess this is a lesson in you get what you pay for, the eyeliners do work, but they're very sheer with only one coat so you will need to do multiple coats letting it dry in between each time. The brush it comes with is awful, frayed after the first use. Good starter for those that are learning. Similar to those face paint kits you get at party city
Water Activated Liner
Bought along side the bright colors. This palette is better than the neon colors in my opinion. Price reflects quality, but its a great beginner palette to try out water activated liners.

Is this safe for the waterline?

- Official Answer By J.Cat Beauty Enterprise LLC - Brand EngageHi there! The ColorScope Water-Activate FX Palette is designed for graphic liner looks and creative designs on the external eye area, face, and body. We do not recommend applying it to the waterline or inner rim of the eye. For waterline application, please use an eyeliner specifically formulated and tested for that purpose. Was this answer helpful to you
