I asked my hair dresser for something that would help calm my color-treated frizzies. This is the bomb. My hair is like silk after washing and drying (I also use the conditioner and the leave-in solution). I read the other reviews from a year ago, and wonder if Matrix revamped the formula.

I have LOVED the Solutionist So Bright and my hair salon Promised the total results was the same... IT IS NOTHING LIKE SO BRIGHT!!! I'm so disappointed, my hair feels like Straw after shampooing. I get Frizz and I just hate this shampoo!

I have normal, straight, Caucasian hair. I was looking for a less expensive alternative to the Redken color safe shampoo. I've never had scalp issues before, but this made my scalp itchy. Also, I don't think this shampoo helped preserve my hair color and it made my hair dry and straw-like.

This is a really good shampoo. Leaves your hair smelling great. It also leaves it very soft and manageable. The only this I didn't like is that you'll have purple splats all over your shower when washing and rinsing. I wouldn't recommend it. But someone else may.
